Terms and Conditions

Colours
Please note that every attempt has been made to ensure that our colours are accurate. Monitors may vary, so please be aware that the colours may be different in person from what you see on screen. Please make sure that you purchase enough yarn for your project as many of our yarns are hand dyed, and colour can vary widely from dye lot to dye lot.

Ordering
Stash will make every effort to get parcels out within 48 hours. As the shop is closed on Mondays, orders placed Sat-Mon will go out on Tuesday morning.

Returns
You have the right to return unwanted yarn within 7 days of receipt. Returned yarn must be received by us in its original condition, with ball bands intact within seven days of receipt. We will refund payment for the yarn back through PayPal within 30 days. We cannot accept liability for returned yarn lost or damaged during transit. Please package the yarn carefully to avoid damage, and return by recorded delivery, or registered post. Please insure the parcel for its full value as Stash cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Please include your name, address, and a copy of your receipt with the returned items. We will not refund the postage cost of returned or exchanged orders. In the event that you receive damaged or faulty yarn, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will dispatch a replacement order upon return of the faulty items.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on yarn purchased in our London shop. Those purchases are subject to the exchange policy posted in the store.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time before we ship it. If we do not have an item that you have ordered, we will notify you immediately, and remove the item from your order, along with any shipping costs related to that item. We cannot guarantee that we will have every item in stock at any given time, and will not place items on backorder.

Prices and products are subject to change without notice.

Postage is based on Royal Mail rates for packets by weight.

Security
Stash will not share any customer information with third parties.

Every effort has been made to provide accurate information on our products. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes, or incorrect information that has been provided to us by the companies that supply us.

At this time we can only ship within the UK and Europe.
